I liked the room because the price was very cheap — I only paid 405K VND for two nights. the receptionist also nice person. she advise me where is the laundry nearby.

“Great value for money in a central location”

It is very central and the staff was awesome.

First, I had to pay 3% more than the actual price because I chose to pay by card. Second, I was given a different room from the one I had originally booked. The room I was placed in was larger, with a second bed and extra towels, but I was told I wasn’t allowed to use these additional amenities. If I did, I would be charged extra. This is a very strange policy—if the hotel doesn’t have the room you booked and gives you a better one, you should be allowed to use everything that comes with it. Third, I was told that since I was staying for only two days, I should ask if I needed anything. I don’t think I should have to request basic things like cleaning or towel changes. Towels were wet and didn’t dry properly because the room had no air conditioning. Also, the water wasn’t replenished, and the trash wasn’t emptied even once—my bin was overflowing for two days. There were ants crawling all over the room, and there was no air conditioning, which is strange for a country with such a hot climate.

Lady on the desk was very nice and helpful and gave us a free upgrade on our room for a much bigger room.

We were able to book great tours through the hotel itself and location was decent enough to get around on foot.
