“Comfy and affordable boutique hotel in dalat”

The hotel is located near the city center and easy to locate. When we arrived at 5.30am, the lights were off. But later they allowed us to do early check in around 6am at 200,000 vnd and they gave us a free room upgrade. The toilet was clean and they provided fresh towels, body wash and shampoo. Water was provided as well. The bed was comfy. Did not manage to try the facilities and the breakfast but the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Friendly staff and decent value for money

Really nice location and staff. Receptionist was very accommodating with early check in. Rooms were beautiful and clean.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location was out of the centre of the city but was a cheap Grab ride away.

The breakfast was really poor. The toasters didn't even work.

Location was not too far out of the city so it was quiet and what we wanted. The room was pretty clean and comfortable with a nice view. The staff were friendly.

The location wasn’t exactly close to the markets or nightlife, however it did provide excellent views from our room window. Grab ride was only about 10-15 mins from the city centre so that wasn’t an issue at all. Room was spacious, beds really comfortable. Had one of the best sleeps during my time in Vietnam. Bathroom and room cleanliness was great. Room had air conditioning, however I found I didn’t need to use it coz the climate was cool enough.

Room and towels very clean. Staff at reception helpful in Bus and taxi booking, their English is improvable. The location is good with a number of small local restaurants in a walking distance. 10 minutes by GRAB to the city center.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff members were simply the best. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was great. It's a Vietnamese style buffet with lots of vegetables and salad as well as pho, eggs, toast, fruit and other dishes such as tofu. The room was clean and the beds firm and very comfortable. The staff members went above and beyond when they helped my son when he had a problem with paying for a grab. And they helped us book a long distance bus trip. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the centre, or 17,000 dong on a Grab motorcycle, or 40,000 dong in a Grab car.

Decent breakfast spread in the mornings. Spacious and clean room. Overall the staff were helpful especially when the fan in our bathroom was not working. There were a couple of times where I felt like I was being a burden for asking to the staff for something. However it was a good stay overall.
