The woman who owns the property is delightful and always willing to help. The room is extremely clean and modern. It's a family run accommodation, who live down stairs, so expect shoes off, on sight support and no actual staff - but the family is always on hand to help. Excellent value for money.

Able to accommodate efficiently for requests and fast response

When I got there and checked in, the apartment owner and manager greeted me with a friendly smile. He went over all the amenities really well. The room I got looked just like the pictures— spacious, clean, and quiet. Plus, having free access to a washer and dryer during my stay was a great perk!

Good value for money, the location was pretty close to the place where we wanted to frequent in Da Lat. Great hosts. They were able to accommodate us even when we wanted to check in earlier than expected.

The bed was comfortable and had good bed linens. There was also supermarket at the end of the road which was well stocked.

The place was very convenient overall. We loved meeting Thuy who was in charge of our stay, she was extremely lovely and helpful. Thanks to her.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and made sure to inform me about the free use of a washing machine and dryer as well as accommodate my request for a late checkout and extra night stay.
