“Comfortable and central”
A welcoming and responsive host, and a very comfortable apartment in a pleasant building, within easy walking distance of the lake. Although the view from the balcony was looking into other apartment buildings I appreciated the natural light and relative quiet back from the street.

“Functional, roomy, location”
Location was really good. Cafe out the door on a main street to the lake. I was in a back street room so had big parking and a quiet area. Reception and host are great they went out of their way.

“I had a very pleasant stay and I will come again to this hotel.”
Excellent location and the rooms correspond to the pictures. The kitchen is super well equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, rice cooker and a stove. Everything that makes even a longer stay easy. Very much space in the rooms, comfortable and nice. Contacting the staff was easy regardless of the language barrier. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes just next to the hotel, and the market is just 5 minutes away. Walking to the market is doable even for someone who is not used to the traffic. The staff is very friendly.

“Great location, spacious comfy apartment”
Great location, plenty of breakfast places, not too far from the lake. Washing machine was very handy and comfy couch, we really enjoyed our time there.

“good place”
the apartment was spacious, comfortable beds, good shower. we were on the ground floor which was great, and despite being next to a busy street there was no noise pollution. the laundry machine worked a charm and detergent was provided. some snacks and water are also available at a fee. the location is close to walk to restaurants or sites.

“1-star hotel that acts like it's 3-stars!”
This is the 1-star hotel that acts like a 3-star getaway from home. Nothing but impressed at the value for money, location and facilities of this little property. It is essentially a full-service apartment where you can cook, iron, and have plenty of space. Bed is comfortable too. Great little convenience store on the ground floor next to the reception, so handy! (Wish more hotels did this).
