The view is good and the room is clean, you don't have to ask to clean the room cause everyday they cleaned it.

I arrived three hours early, but instead of making me wait, they let me check in right away. The staff is very professional and helpful, and the room was very nice and clean.

Everything was fine! Louis was really friendly and helped with the baggage and gave me many good advices about see sightseeing

The hotel and location were very nice. Our room faced the garden, which we liked. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially in the evening. The staff were friendly. The room was big and comfortable. There was a small issue with the door lock, but it was not a big problem.

The guy in the morning shift at the reception was rude and tried to give us a different room that the one we had booked. He asked more money. The guy in the afternoon shift was much more better and kind.

The decoration in the rooms were fabulous ….. mine was ski lodge/ 70’s / scandi vibe but each one is completely different but so much care has been taken to finish the rooms beautifully and functionally :) also best internet connection so far and Netflix available 👍
