Everything, the owners are really friendly and helpful! Tai is one of the nicest people I’ve met, not just while on travels but in general. He helped with suggestions about what to do and even pointed me in direction of some social groups taking place in DaLat.

The people were very kind, always attentive to me, and recommended places to eat and activities to do.

Perfect hotel in a quiet back alley away from the busy roads and noise. Thai (sorry about the spelling) was an exceptional host and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. He was great to chat to and so funny! The whole building was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Da Lat.

The place is very clean including the room. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly including the cheap taxi to the airport.

Room is clean and has everything you need. Location is also central but not too much in the center. Special mention to the owner, who gave us amazing addresses to eat, places to visit, options to rent scooter and booked our next bus ticket. Always open and available for a chat :) We could leave our luggage before checkin and after checkout Thank you!!

The staff here are truly wonderful. The owner is kind, helpful, and always ready to give great tips about the city. The rest of the team created such a warm, family-like atmosphere - always offering tea, coffee, cookies, and even gave me water and a raincoat for the road. Everything was very clean and any request was handled quickly. Their kindness really made my stay feel special.

“An incredible stay in Dalat”

I cannot praise this place enough. The host and his family were the heart of this homestay/hotel. They were all so incredibly kind and friendly especially their charming son Tai, who speaks perfect English and makes you feel so welcome. Tai, kindly gives you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area and he helped arrange a pick up from the transport company for my coach journey. As for the rooms which are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower pressure was powerful in comparison to a lot of places in Vietnam and it was such great value. The location is down an alley between 2 restaurants but it wasn't noisy and I never felt unsafe. It's not in the centre which I prefer but close enough to walk to and surrounded by good local restaurants and cafes.

The room was a very good size, comfortable bed, good location and very clean. The owner and his family were lovely people, they made you feel very welcome. Any thing you needed you only have to ask.
