Staff were friendly and able to help with our requests. We were able to get our washing done and rent a moped.

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. We arrived at around 5:30am after an overnight bus and were kindly allowed to check in straight away. On the day we left, they also let us use a shower after check-out before our evening sleeper bus. We also rented a scooter from the property at a very reasonable price.

My partner and I stayed here the week before Tet holiday and honestly, it was such a win. The owner and staff gave us a really warm welcome right from the start! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean the room was - literally every corner was spotless. The layout is smart, so even though the room is a decent size, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The room we booked also has a small balcony looking over the street (the neighborhood is actually really clean and quiet). The bed and blanket were super comfy, we slept like babies! Huge plus: the hot water is strong and consistent since they have their own heater. They’ve thought of everything - full amenities, tea, coffee, and even a fan that we didn't end up needing. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s a quiet area but only a 3-minute walk to Xuan Huong Lake and the central market, with some great coffee shops just a minute away. We enjoyed our stay so much we actually forgot to take any photos! Will definitely be back next time we're in Da Lat.

This was the best hotel/home stay I been to in Vietnam The family who own/ run the property are amazing. The done my laundry and my clothes smelt amazing. They go above and beyond to help with any issues I had. The woman on the front desk even carried my bag to the bus and it was very heavy. The room itself was spacious, extremely clean with lots of drinks and even noodles in mini bar. I know they are hundreds of hotels in this area but I wouldn’t go to any other hotel after staying here. If I ever return I will 100% come back to this hotel. I can’t remember my room I think I was 301/302/303 one of those rooms so from the bottom of my heart I want to thank all the staff who work at this hotel/ home stay for making my time here so special

My first three nights were spent in a spacious attic room, despite the low ceiling. However, the room was a bit chilly due to the limited sunlight it received. On my fourth night, I was moved to a cozier and brighter room that was slightly larger. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The room was clean & spacious. They clean up the room everyday & provide new towels. The receptionist Truong Ang (my apologies if i spell the name wrongly) was very accommodating to our request and very helpful. She also assisted us in making the arrangement for airport transfer and also the day tours. I highly recoomend this hotel.

The family who run this place are so friendly and helpful. They kept really good contact with us prior to our stay aswell. The location is very central to restaurants, cafes, night markets and bars. The room was very clean. Have a great laundry service. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location between a main street and big markets. 10 minute walk to night market. Balcony was nice to sit and watch local life and so many choices for food at any time of the day. Hosts were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean and had everything you need.
