Amazing , quiet place near nature (Kampinoski Park Narodowy). One of the best places I have ever stayed at, and I had been to hundreds of accommodations and hotels in Europe! Positives: - large garden, which is available to guests, including hammocks and chairs - as you enter the property, what hits you immediately is the beautiful smell of flowers and heather - very kind and helpful owners, who clearly care about their guests - large communal kitchen and dining area available to guests - lots of walking routes near the property - perfect place for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of big cities like Warsaw

“Spacious but cozy get-away in great nature close to Warsaw and airport”

Fantastic house with a soul, with a host who knows what functionality, creating atmosphere and attention to detail mean. Great nature so close to Warsaw (and very close to the Modlin airport too): right between the Wisła river and the edge of the large Kampinos nature reserve forest. Can greatly relax on the premises (big but cozy shared living room and kitchen, lounge with fire place and sofas, mini-football, etc.) and having nice walks or jogs in the great surroundings. Our room was fantastic, but as we were off season the whole house was at our disposal - still, even in season, you have good privacy as there are only 3 bedrooms to book.

The house is beautiful and big. The kitchen is modern with a very nice design. The room we had was just beautiful and spacious.

Absolutely beautiful property with a lovely garden. Owners are very friendly, welcoming and kind. I was allowed to check in early. The place is very modern inside also.

Incredible! Beautiful house with nice design and decor. Very spacious room, everything clean and available. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with bathtub. The place is very calm, only 3 rooms available (?) Great garden with places to relax or to have fun with kids. Overall a luxury stay, one of the best I've ever seen on Booking. A pity we only stayed one night... Thanks a lot!

The house is very big and pretty and the room was very well kept and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpfull and helped us with everything. Overall a great place, totally recomend.

“Superb villa convenient access to the Modlin airport”

We had to catch an early flight from the Warsaw Modlin airport. The place was perfect. It's a villa with a garden. It's surrounded by meadows and forests, 500 m from the Vistula river. We took a walk across the countryside, it was gorgeous. We took a train, and initially we struggled to get there because the local Uber just doesn't come. But eventually a local taxy passed by, and he took us to the villa. So it was OK.

Quite and peace, beautiful bathroom and attention to details. Amazing shared kitchen. Would love to come when the garden flowers are in full bloom. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the Modlin airport and not only😊

Its a quiet and a nice place to stay with family. A wonderful family taking care of that hotel which is always at your service.

“Atmospheric and cozy place”

We stayed for only for one night, but the hosts were very nice, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were large, comfortable and clean, I think we will come back here for a rest.

“Lovely hotel 🏡”

We liked everything here, it’s a cosy, nice and clean hotel located not far from Modlin airport. Beds are very comfortable and the room and the whole hotel are amazingly decorated, that looks even better than on photos. I wish I could stay here longer to enjoy its lovely garden and to have some rest in this peaceful location and play with owner’s funny dog 🙂 Hosts are very friendly and supportive and have driven us to the airport in the morning.

The location is gorgeous. Very quiet, beautiful garden. The landlady was lovely and the communal kitchen, awesome.

It’s a simply amazing and beautiful property with very nice hosts. Everything was very clean. Beautiful nature surrounded. The night was quiet and cozy like at home. I do suggest this place for everyone who’s interested to stay closer to the Modlin airport, particularly during the road reconstruction period in Warsaw (on the way to Modlin).

“Beyond Expectations!”

The whole experience was excellent beginning with accommodations, host's flexibility, landscaping to breakfast! We wish we could've stayed longer and we'll definitely return!
