“Poor communication and unprofessional handling of reservations. Very disappointing experience.”
I’m very disappointed with the management of this property. My booking was cancelled without any prior notice. The booking clearly stated that payment could be made at the property, yet they attempted to charge my card before the check-in time. When the payment did not go through, they cancelled my reservation without informing me. This caused significant inconvenience, especially as I was expecting the booking to remain valid until check-in. Better communication and transparency regarding payment policies would have helped avoid this situation. I hope the management reviews their process to prevent similar issues for future guests.

Direction for parking not right and it is dificult to explore and waste a lot of time to find. There is no parking L49 lot 338 at level 1 instead of at level 1M
