I would like to report a safety issue during my stay. The room’s grill door has no lock, which makes it unsafe because anyone can access the room if the wooden door is not locked. During the night, two unknown persons tried to enter my room. The management said they were another guest who mistakenly tried the wrong door, but this situation made me feel very unsafe. In addition, the room was not the same as the photos shown in the booking listing. This was very disappointing. I hope this issue can be reviewed to improve safety and accuracy for future guests.
