The location of the apartment and its setup. The apartment is pretty cosy place with large balcony and high ceiling and large windows. A nice place to relax. Located within a shopping complex makes it a convenience place to stay.

The corner lot was amazing it had a calm atmosphere, a beautiful view, and was nice and breezy. The balcony also had plenty of space to relax and chill.

Cozy and modern decoration, well equipped with households. Came with big blacony area where u can gather there, as suggestion maybe u can prepare a projector there for guest to enjoy movie or any activities at that area.

Photos on app was great, it was not for the wear and tear of the sofa, stinky floor rug/sofa because of the aircondition water was dripping straight on it. The damp smell from your furnitures made the visually worn out fittings even less comforting or pleasant stay. Take note additional fittings like balcony furnitures, wooden blinds need replacement. If you're on a budget, best is to throw them away if refurbishing is not an option. The front door require double locking system on top of the regular digital locking system from inside for guests, this lock system didn't allow me to double lock. Now, it comes to what I liked about this unit. The bedroom, the bedsheets were super clean and fresh. Pillow was moderately soft and comfortable, spacious, sufficient shelves, spacious room for all your extra requirement should you have a big family. The balcony, had nice flow of wind throughout and super spacious with sunrise coming through for a nice sun bath or in the evening onwards to host your friends over for barbeque and beer. Please change the hammock. If I stayed there on a long term - cats, plants, barbeque, sundeck, and garden table and chair will be spotted and the view of the main road should have a functional blind for some extra privacy at the balcony and to keep the dust at minimal. If blinds are not allowed have plants like bamboo planted just at that area (facing main road) The TV was great, consider washer/dryer (2in1) and I loved the cute kitchen space. Consider installing LED lights and not heating lights, if you sit under it for couple of hours say the one that was installed next to bed was a food warmer light, someone would have been totally roasted by the time you finish reading and should you fall asleep is not gonna be funny when you get the bill for usage. Use only LED light bulbs. The ones you cant see if you start digging and moving furnitures.

Pros: Big, spacious balcony with a great view overlooking Cyber. Good space to host a few friends. Easy check in process- pickup key at convenience store downstairs. Airconds were working well (but the one in the living room is dripping a little, needs servicing). Smart TV so we could access apps like Netflix and Spotify.

The layout of the apartment is so cozy and comfortable, this is actually my second stay here and it is always a smooth check in and check out process. Also the sofa can be pulled out into a bed! The balcony is also so big and nice to relax in.

One of the most beautiful apartments in Cyberjaya I have stayed in. It was spacious and had a big balcony to relax and hang out.
