Spacious house with everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking (coffee, spices, etc). Everything was in very good condition. Air conditioning worked fine, water pressure and temperature was perfect. The garden and roof terrace (with sunset view) is beautiful. Beach is walkable. Pino is a very nice host, he was always available and informed us about everything we needed to know, and even had a small welcome gift prepared. It was a very pleasant stay.

“Lovely hideaway”

This place was absolutely lovely! It was a fully equipped home from all utensils one might need to cook in the kitchen, to a washing machine and a hanging rack. Our host was just the kindest person who helped us even in the middle of the night when we had problems. It was really a home away from home. Location-wise, there is a grocery store about 1 km away from the house and a wonderful pizzeria that the host recommended: Pizzeria A Cofanara, which had really wonderful and inexpensive Sicilian pizzas. With the car, one can easily drive to Erice, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, and other smaller villages around. There are lots of hiking trails close by as well. If one is looking for a quiet place away from tourists, yet close enough to get to those places by car, this is the loveliest home you can stay at!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable house.

Stunning house with wonderful outside spaces as well as being comfortable, bright and stylish inside. Extremely well equipped- we enjoyed cooking and sitting outside for meals. The area is very quiet but a great base for exploring the area. We loved our day in Erice, another walking in Zingaro National Park, and another visiting Selinunte and Segesta. The owner, Pino-, and his brother who lives nearby, are very helpful, prompt at communicating and dealt immediately with a couple of questions we had.

This was fantastic accommodation, the best we had in 3 months of travelling Italy, The host was super helpful. the area is amazing nice and quiet with lots to do in the area. The host went the extra mile to make sure our stay was amazing

Here you really feel the spirit and beauty of Sicilly. Wonderfull terrace to see the sunset on the sea, near the best beach in Sicilly(San vito del capo) and at 1min by car, 10 min nice walk you will find one of the best italian restaurants, with live muzic and amazing view,extraordinary garden were you can relax with a good wine and the children can play for hours, with flowers or searching small lizards in the garden. All furniture very clean and new, all facilities like in your own home. You can’t miss this property if is available, you won’t find something as peacefull.
