The place was clean, for a short stay we had everything we needed (they offer toilet paper, soap and towels), In case you need a hair dryer, you can ask for it in the reception. The place is also not too far away both from the historical center and Avenida Cultura. And we absolutely loved that they had really hot water not only in shower but also I'm the sink, that's something rare here. The breakfast consists of bread, cheese, ham, jam, butter, some fruits, orange juice/tea and coffee, for us it's was pretty much okay.

“Comfortable and pleasant stay with very helpful staff”
The rooms were comfortable — not very large, but perfectly adequate for two people. The Wi-Fi connection was good, and communication with the reception was excellent, with staff available 24/7 and always willing to help. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay, even when we had to make changes to our reservation. On one of the days, we couldn’t make it to breakfast, and they kindly prepared a small takeaway snack for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

“Nice”
We used this place just to sleep before our next trip. It was great because they gave us lunch instead of breakfast since we left at 4 a.m. It’s very close to the train station, which made it perfect.

It was super nice. I was clean and calm. The staff was really helpful. There is possibility to do the laundry at the hotel. Nearby are big supermarkets and restaurants. It is also super close to the Perurail station for Machu Picchu.

Very laud- you can hear absolutely everything in this hotel, dirty bed sheet , dirty bed duvet , dirty bath. We asked to clean the room at the reception they said they will do it but they didn't.. No Internet- 👎 👎 👎 , very poor breakfast .

The location was close to the train station. The decorations were nice. The beds were ok.
