Communication could awkward but I had a translator app so it was okay. Staff were always polite and helpful and if we were on an early start they produced a lunch bag.Room was wonderfully clean

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. We really felt welcomed and taken care of. We had a 4:00am early morning start for a trip to Machu Picchu and they were lovely enough to wake up early and prepare a little breakfast baggie so we could snack on something for the long trip. They're not all fluent in English but between using translating apps and context and some limited knowledge of Spanish we got by. This was a very comfortable stay. It's also very close to the airport, and it's a walkable (but long walk) distance to the central area of Cusco.

Very clean. I have a high standard and it met this. Hot shower with good pressure. Good amenities. Food was good and plentiful. They were so patient and kind with me. Made me feel very safe and looked after.

This hotel is a gem. Spotlessly clean, amazing staff and an incredible breakfast. The owner we met was such a gentleman, and is very proud of his hotel. He made sure we got our taxi safely on the day of checkout.

“Perfect”
Our stay at Ureta Hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast provided. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. However, the standout feature was the staff. The owner was incredibly responsible and caring, ensuring our needs were met at every turn. Highly recommended!

The host is very friendly and extremaly helpful. Location is great - 20 minute walk from the main square of Cusco. There was no problem for the tour company to pick us up from and back to the hotel. There is a warm water all the time, nice breakfasts from 6:30 (when leaving early we got breakfast package).

the hotel is Family owned and they do really everything to make you feel welcome and at home. For breakfast they usually have some surprises and there is absolutely no rush enjoying it. The beds are really comfortable and the fact that it is not located in the inner city didn't hurt. It's a 20 min walk.

“Perfect place to stay in Cuzco”
First of all, they offered a transport from the airport which was very convenient. When it comes to the location, the hotel is located a bit away from the center but it's not an issue -20mins walk, 5mins by taxi and there are lots of local and good restaurants around, at the same time it's quiet. Both hotel and the room itself was very clean, the bed was so big and comfy, we loved it! But the best part is the owners - the nicest people, we felt taken care of each day. You can get a coca tea for free for the altitude, the breakfasts are prepared freshly and were so yummy! And when you're going for a trip early in the morning, they will provide you with a 'take-out box' with some fruits, snacks and water. If you have questions or needs, they will surely try to help. We would surely stay there again. PS. You need to wait a little bit for a hot water to come, but it's there! :)

“Simply the best experience in Peru”
Everything was perfect! We felt so welcome during our whole stay, whatever questions we had - we got answers, help and more right away. Everyone did everything in their power to make us feel at home. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is great - tamales, omelette, fruits, cheese sandwiches... Just ask, like you'd do in your parents house. Checking out felt like saying goodbye to dear family. We are definitely coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Ureta Hotel, Victor and his family took such good care of us and went above and beyond. It was a quiet location, within easy walking distance of the centre of Cusco. A great place to settle for a couple of days whilst adjusting to the altitude and to get lots of recommendations.
