“Great hotel”

Loved the location the amazing breakfast shot out to Juan great humor and wonderful conversation. All the staff was really lovely.

The staff was the best thing about this hotel especially the breakfast staff. Everyone was so kind, so attentive and helpful. Wheny boyfriend got hit by altitude sickness, they helped us with the oxygen supply and everything. The breakfast itself was exceeded our expectations in quality and quantity. Everything was so fresh, tasty, and clean; and as mentioned breakfast staff was so kind and attentive. Location was really central as well, market is just around the corner and restaurants, shops are just within 10 minute walk distance. Bonus: hotel’s alpaca Kiki was so cute and made our day!

Hotel is very central. Close to San Pedro Market. Staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort to make your stay pleasant.

Breakfast was good, location to centre is brilliant, the room and communal areas were very clean and looked after. Kiki is adorable! It was really helpful that they helped arrange our transport to and from the airport for us.

The location is perfect and edgar is very helpful . Also all the dinning staff are always cheerful zeb and juan . 5 min from san pedro train and markert . Whats not to love ♥️🙏

“Very good stay at the Union Hotel”

Breakfast was lovely, staff were great. Location is perfect.

Lovely place with nice courtyard. A short walk from the centre of town. Staff great and they looked after our luggage when we went to Machu Picchu for a couple of days.

Great location, very good breakfast and interesting courses from local people! The Lama, Kiki, was super sweet as well. We came during our honeymoon and hot a very kind surprise, thanks a lot for that!🙏

Everything!!! Kiki the rescued baby Alpaca who lives in the hotel was the cherry on top of the cake . The breakfast was also very good as were the staff who served us . I really liked everything!!

Staff were nice and attentive. The breakfasts were good and the pet llama in the hotel was lots of fun. It is fairly close to the old towns main square and the hotel provided a free taxi from the airport.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly. I liked the open courtyard feel, with the rescued baby Llama.

It’s walking distance from the centre. And the alpaca in the courtyard is very sweet!

Very pleasant stay. 10minutes walk to city centre, 2minutes to market. Hotel yard is beautiful, and breakfast is simple but perfect, clean, nice choices.

Breakfast was high quality and breakfast staff were helpful. Weaving class was a plus. Kiki, the alpaca, was very cute.
