Great location, good hot showers with strong water pressure. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Nice good sized comfortable rooms, with heater provided. Would definitely stay there again. Tea’s available at reception 24 hrs. Some nights got turn down chocolates.

This hotel is a gem. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Latin America, and in my opinion, it deserves more than three stars. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. But what makes this hotel truly special, however, is the staff. Vanessa, Liz, and Phaty are always there to help, no matter the time of day or night. They are kind, professional, and always looking for solutions in any situation. Miguel Angel also went above and beyond to make our stay even better by taking care of every detail. And finally, Kelly made breakfast one of the highlights of our day by always checking that we had everything we needed. There are certainly other team members I haven't mentioned, but everyone at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I don't usually mention staff members by name in my reviews, but this team truly deserves the recognition. Thank you, Tierra Viva, for such a wonderful experience.

Excellent rooms and location in a lovely part of Cusco. Somw great restaurants within walking distance. Really felt like a place to chill and relax and our room size was great. The shower was strong and the best we had in Peru. Lovely gardens and courtyard. Breakfast from 6am was convenient and the coffee was good.

Location is great, it’s very clean and breakfasts are good. The team is lovely and very helpful.

Another great conversion by Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas. We were told it was previously an old monastery and the conversion has been done with taste and creativity Good location, close to main square and many restaurants , bars and main attractions. Good price for a superior product.

This is a fabulous hotel in the San Blas neighbourhood, which is just up the hill from the main square but a great location for beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff are lovely and so helpful, they put us in touch with a wonderful driver who took us to Ollantaytambo via a sacred valley tour. They stored most of our luggage for a couple of days while we visited Machu Picchu. The rooms are spacious, warm, spotlessly clean and with lovely decor. Couldn’t ask for more. The photos don’t do it justice.

The room was overall specious and comfortable. We had a kind size bed that was very large. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower pressure was very strong which was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and the receptionist was helpful to fix a booking issue that had occurred by our fault. We also asked for a breakfast box when we left to do our trip to Machu Picchu, which they did and was greatly appreciated.

“Perfect choice”

Great location near to great restaurants, shops and quaint streets. We found the room very quiet at night, Staff were excellent with everything such as leaving our luggage for two days. Breakfast was the best we had in Sputh America with cooked eggs plus other hot choices, oats and other grains, yoghurt, fresh bread, jams and marmalade and most important, very good coffee. There was free Muna and Coca tea all day. Room was very spacious and a very high standard. Perfect
