Very beautiful in an old house with patio. Room is big. Hosts are nice and helpful. Choice at the breakfast.

“Quiet hotel near main square.”
Huge room with lovely decor and courtyards. Quiet for most of the time. Warm at night with 3 radiators. Great shower. Plenty of hot water. Tv. Wide bed. Very clean.

The wifi was not working in our room, there were NO windows and no ventilation system, no fridge or bottle water. I don't think it's a good value for the amount we payed

Location was good, room was nice, staff were lovely and helpful on reception- they even made sure our luggage was waiting for us in our room, when we returned from our trek- and we got the same room again, which we really liked.

“It was fine, would recommend, but don't expect the world.”
The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed at the Hotel 2 separate times (3 nights before and 1 night after visiting Machu Picchu). Our second room was definitely nicer than the first, if a bit noisier. The courtyards are super nice, the location is ok. A bit unusual, but at breakfast the coffee was great, the rest.. not the best. But the fruit-platters were fresh so that was good. That being said I liked our stay and we felt very comfortable, I might be a bit too critical atm..

“Lovely hotel, needs a bit more privacy.”
We loved the staff. We had a right chuckle with the receptionist, they went above and beyond and had our bags already prepared in our rooms on returning from an expedition. The ambiance is amazing, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was cracking (even though roast pork is a bit rich for 6am).
