“Friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent WiFi, comfortable room”
The reception staff is very kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was really good compared to other hotels in Peru and Bolivia, and the WiFi is excellent. The room is comfortable for one night and comes with YouTube and Netflix. The hotel is located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the center of Cusco

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. Another advantage is its proximity to the train station, which makes early departures and onward travel very convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The room looks like in the photos, although it could be slightly larger. A downside was the lack of a wardrobe/closet in the room, which may be inconvenient for longer stays. The floor was a bit dirty on the first day, but it was cleaned the following day and was noticeably better. Overall, the room was still comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was ok. Breakfast was good, offering cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit, vegetables, and a hot option. A big plus for the breakfast boxes provided for early departures. The only downside was communication — the staff mainly spoke Spanish and had limited English skills. However, it was still possible to communicate easily using a translator.
