“Nice hotel”

A comfy and clean hotel near the centre of town that was perfect for the couple of days we needed to spend in Cusco last minute.

A big 10 to the staff that was impeccable and helpful for everything. Super-comfy room, huge bathroom and hot shower (that it's not granted everywhere), perfect location, really close to Plaza de Armas. I asked for an extra pillow and they gave me 2, they prepared take away breakfast for us when we left at 4am for a tour (without us requesting it). Really focused on customer service.. I would definitely go back! Recommended 100%!

All the people were wonderful, they were the best asset of this hotel. Thank you especially to Fabricio for helping me with various things! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was coca and other teas complimentary at the welcoming reception.

“Highly recommend”

I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Cuzco. Room is clean. Service is great. Breakfast is delicious. Location is nice, Qorikancha is right across the street, 8 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas, 10 minutes walk to Wanchaq station. You can get everything you need for daily use nearby. If I visit Cuzco again, this will be my first choice.

Great location but we did have street noise....people toot their ihorns going through the intersections at night..that's just what they do. 24hr access was good. Overall a great place to stay.

Breakfast was basic. It is in such a good location, walking distance to the main square, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Thr room on our first night was terrible, we almost need to change our hotel stay. Staff responded quickly, we changed room the next day

“Great value, even better staff”

The hotel was perfectly located for getting around the city, the rooms were great, and the staff we amazing. A young man by the name of Jorge was particularly helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and a handshake.

Quechua Plaza Hotel was exactly the kind of accommodation I was looking for. Central to Cusco but not too noisy. A walk away from everything I need and within the hotel pick up radius for activities in Cusco. I'd definitely stay there again. The staff were warm and welcoming even with a 130am check in. Highly recommend.
