Location was good to all the attractions, quiet, clean, friendly

You will have more than what you pay for this hostel. My room and bed are very clean. The bed Linens also are changed every day. The location is close to the Plaza Mayor of Cusco. The host was so nice to help you anything that you want. The atmosphere was wonderful when I stayed. Most of young people are willing to chat with me even I am not young. The kitchen was not big but good enough to handle your meal. The inner courtyard was awesome as people stayed there for their communication. The washroom for dorm that you have to find the time that is not peak to use. Anyway, nothing is perfect. You have to consider how much you pay.

“Excellent budget option in Cusco”

I stayed here for one night, stored my bags and then returned for four nights a week later. The bed on my first night was so hard I seriously considered cancelling my return stay, but I ended up in a different room and the bed was absolutely fine. I can't remember the room number of my first night, but it was on the ground floor - back left corner. This was also inconvenient because the women's toilet and shower is on the first floor (second floor for Americans). I'll focus the rest of my review on my second stay because it was really quite lovely. Most of the people who work there don't speak much English, but we always were able to communicate. They were very nice. The breakfast is very simple - tea without milk, a piece of fruit and bread and jam. It was still something. The location was very convenient for me. It was about a ten minute walk to the main square, but you passed through lots of other interesting streets and squares. I found this hostel to be nice and quiet.

“Would not recommend”

The room reeked of cigarettes to the point where our pyjamas stunk after sleeping for one night. The door doesn’t lock and the window on the door is smashed so literally no security in the room. There’s no where to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom so everything gets wet. The bed is like sleeping on a rock.

I highly recommend this hostel. The value for money is very good! The place is clean, breakfast is nice for that price, it's well located and the double room we had was really spacious. The place is much better than in the pictures too. Also highly recommend to book tours with Okidoki travel agency next-door! The owners are very nice and kind, and the value for money is also unbeatable! It's a small travel agency where they really take care of you. We did several tours with them and were not disappointed at all. Thank you Alvaro!

Best shower we have had in our travels, lovely staff, water was cheap and good luggage storage for going on trips.

i had a pretty disappointing experience during my stay at the hostel. my pajamas, which I had left on my bed, were just taken away without any notice. when I went to the reception to ask about it, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. the guy at the front desk was quite rude and told me that I’d have to wait until the next morning to deal with it. after about half an hour of going back and forth, he finally decided to check the storage room. there were also several other moments where the receptionist was very rude to us.
