The location is great, receptionist always happy to help and the place is very clean and tidy. The locations is great for when the tours come to pick you up.

Booking in was a bit complex as they have one too many systems, but they meet their commitments. Staff are lovely and will do all they can. Top floor is remodified roof but it works fine. Tons of blankets, and room size big enough to move around. No frills, like the breakfast but it costs only 7 Pen. Bargain.

“good cost benefit”
The cost-benefit ratio was favourable. Although the bathroom/toilet is simple and small, it's sufficient. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again. There was hot water available for showers.

“Terrible experience”
It was a terrible experience. We forgot two pairs of walking shoes in the room and left our luggage in storage after check out. When we came back to pick the luggage, nobody informed us that they found them. Shortly after that, we realized that a bag of valuable cosmetics was missing too. We tried to contact the property and they didn't answer to our messages for two days and then they said that they didn't find anything - which is 100% not true.

“Nice and cozy stay in Cusco”
Great location, nice and kind staff for the most, comfy rooms - simple and well equipped. Very good hot shower always available throughout the day. Highly recommended
