This hotel exceeded my expectations for the cost. The beds are very comfy! The bathrooms are new and the shower is great! The rooms come with a kettle and tea. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast is also on the top floor with great views over Cusco.

There are tea/coffee maker in room Two receptionist helped me through out my stay, both were amazing. They could store luggage if you are out for trips for few days They even helped me booked taxi from square I wanted to stay longer and cancel my another booking, unfortunately the other booking would charge me full for cancelling. Otherwise, would easily stay with them again! Super good value of money

Very clean and spacious, the staff were so helpful! They made the whole experience so great. They helped us by holding our luggage whilst we were going to Machu Pichu, packed us some breakfast to go as we were leaving early and were super helpful with any questions we had.

“Comfortable stay in a quiet location”

The location is very good, close to the San Blas neighborhood and market, which are within easy walking distance. While it’s slightly further from the main city center, I actually appreciated that it was quieter and more peaceful. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, which made a big difference. Having access to fresh air is especially important in Cusco, and being able to open the balcony was very helpful, particularly at altitude. The bed was very comfortable, and although the room was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed. The staff at reception were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel, so much that after getting back from Machu Picchu we had another hotel booked in Cusco but we decided to cancel the reservation to spend 2 more nights at Muru. It really felt like our home and we didn't want to leave. The hotel is located away from all the city buzz but close enough to walk to the city center. Everything was perfect: from the attentive staff to the absolutely delicious breakfast we were looking forward to every day (we were sad when we had 3 am tours because we had to skip it but they always prepared a takeaway breakfast which included water, sandwiches, fruit and chocolate). The ladies working in the breakfast area were very polite and if we wanted to have something that they already had ran out of (for example, pancakes, eggs or juice), they immediately prepared more and brought it to our table. We really appreciated having access to coca and muña tea in the room. Also, there's a cloth in the bathroom that you can use to clean things like suitcases and shoes - that came in handy especially after long hikes. When traveling around Peru, for me it's very important there's always hot shower and heating which is why we chose this hotel. There was just 1 day when we had to wait for like 10 minutes for the hot water to come. Other than that, it was just perfect and the room was always warm enough. Overall, our stay in the bedroom with king-size bed and balcony was exceptional and everything was very clean.

This is a great place to stay! The breakfast was fantastic especially the view. The place is very comfortable and they have everything you need. It’s just out of the centre style area only 10 minutes walk to the centre but so central to many other things. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel on a lovely square a short walk to the old town. Secure underground parking. The room was clean, the shower was hot and powerful. Top floor restaurant has a great view!

“Great clean room with good location”

The property was in a great location, around a 10–15 minute walk to the centre and just 5 minutes from San Blas. It was clean, with reliable hot water in the shower, and the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially with preparing early morning breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and the breakfast was decent and kept us going for the day. The TV also had various apps, including Netflix, which was a nice touch. We even did our laundry which is ready for you the next day.

It is located in a super calm area in Cusco, ideal place after long traveling to rest. Breakfast super good and with a very view of the city.

Muri Homely Hotel was my base in Cusco. The welcoming and helpful staff made my stay perfect, so instead of staying only the booked three days I decided staying there 14 days. I moved up to the top floor rooms with a stunning view of the city and a kitchen. The hotel is in a quiet area not far from a small archeological zone. One can easily walk to the historic centre though. It is well placed on a square with a quiet park, easy to get a cab or waiting for a tour bus as the streets are more modern than the busy cobble stone streets in the centre.
