“Nice hotel”

Close to the centre and comfy beds. Early breakfast provided. Good laundry service at good value. Hotel good value for money.

Location to Cusco centre is excellent. Room was basic but is fine for the money.

Old world charm in the heart of Cusco. They even gave us a lunch bag to go on a very early excursion day!

Everything was excellent from breakfast, cleanness, staff service, room comfort, quietness all around our bedroom.

“Delightful staff, great location, comfortable rooms”

Great! The staff are delightful and very helpful - shoutout to Danny and Franco who helped us with several things during our stay. The laundry service was very reliable - everything returned smelling lovely, all dry (even the hiking clothes that I had asked to be air dried, and not put in a tumble drier). 10 sol per kg was good value to me given my items were looked after and all returned, nothing lost. Paid for hotel stay with card, but laundry in cash. We stayed twice (2 nights before Inca trail and 2 nights after) and left our suitcases there between stays. Our first stay was on level 3 at the back of the hotel in room 301 - comfy twin beds, excellent hot shower with great water pressure. Second stay was on level 1 in room 105. Again, very comfy beds. It was cute as the beds were up stairs like an annex. Shower was a little slower to heat up, but once it got hot it was lovely. Both rooms were quite enough to sleep easily despite the hotel being close to the main square. Rooms were serviced daily with beds made, bins emptied and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was included and tasty with eggs, fruit and pancakes, and of course, coffee. On our last day we had to check out early to do the Inka express to Puno. Franco helped book an early morning taxi, and arranged breakfast boxes to take with us (also included!). Again I want to say that the staff we met were all very delightful and helpful during our stay. I would stay here again.

“Lovely hotel. Recommended.”

Lovely hotel off the main square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. On days I had early morning starts, I could have a packed snack. Location good with many restaurants around the square and also a general daily police presence keeping a watchful eye on things. I felt perfectly safe even at night.

“Great location, Very accomodating staff”

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the plaza and close if you're doing tours. The stuff is very helpful and accomodating too. My partner sprained his ankle and they were nice enough to provide crutches and other assistance to make our stay great.

The location is excellent. It is right at the centre, while protected from the noise of the main square. Perfect for early tours.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect. I’d read some reviews about noise, but that’s to be expected in Cusco. We barely noticed it—being on the third floor probably helped. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

“Vibrant and charming”

The receptionists Carmen Rosa and Edgar were amazing and super helpful because I got really height-sick . They went above and beyond to help me. The breakfast staff were so adorable and made an extra effort to give me light food since my height sickness didn’t allow me to eat . The room was cosy and super clean. It’s an old building and very charming . Absolutely great value for money and super central . Short way to the cathedral and city centre

“Great hotel right in the centre of Cusco with very caring staff”

Great little hotel with character and great story of the building itself. Staff are amazing - huge thank you to all ladies at reception who answered questions and helped us with everything, including storing our luggage overnight. We loved quirky hall-plaza of the old building.

“Amazing”

Staff super nice, specially Edgar, who always offered to help. Very good room with a lot of space and good bathroom. Breakfast offered was good and they even prepared a breakfast bag as we were going for a hike at 3am. They have a laundry service which was amazing and cheap. Tea available for free with coca leaves. Lovely decoration and very clean.

I had booked 2 nights. But the flight to Cusco was cancelled by LATAM in less than 24 hours, I could not come hotel the first night. The hotel did not charge me the first night, I am very grateful.

“Traditional Spanish architecture - close the Plaza de Armas”

The hotel is a gorgeous traditional Spanish building, with a wonderful lush courtyard. Great for writing in a journal or taking a break from travel. The staff were helpful even carrying our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs, trying to change our room location, storing suitcases for a couple of days, etc Breakfast was great, cooked eggs, pancakes etc. Location is in a narrow laneway close to main plaza but sadly opposite a noisy nightclub. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly.

The whole place was charming and lovely. The central courtyard was a wonderful place to sit and drink tea. The staff were incredibly helpful. Location was excellent

Fabulous character building dating from 1650. Charming and the pictures of it are justified.
