My fiance just got back from hosp and everyone was very nice and making sure hes okay when he got discharged. we even have to request specific food for him, and they granted our requests.

The hotel staff were wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. Alfonso, one of the managers, responded to every request and assisted us with anything we asked for — such a lovely person. We highly recommend staying here!

It was a beautiful hotel near the town center really welcoming and friendly people helped us with everything with a smile. Also the rooms are pretty big and comfortable with a great restaurant menu and mar you feel like home.

“I had high hopes based on the pictures I saw online but the bad unfortunately outweighed the good.”
I appreciate that breakfast was bagged for our early journey but it was a bit lacking.

“Tired but fully equipped.”
The staff were very helpful and were able to get our laundry cleaned, dried and folded before 5pm that same day. The cost was by weight and all came back in good order. Although it is the low season we made use of the restuarant. We did not make use of the pool as it had not been heated. The spa was however being used and the steam room was available. We did not make use of the small bar but made use of the room service menu, and being too tired to leave the hotel after sightseeing ate our meals in the restuarant. We made use of the jacuzzi in our room. There is a free airport transfer.

Amazing hotel. Clean and very welcoming. Lovely people working on the front desk. The sauna, open in the evening, is very pleasant. I felt very welcome here.

I love a steam room and they have a great one. The pool was being cleaned so didn't get to use it but on the plus side at least you no its cleaned lol. Beds are lovely. Massage was lovely by the empty pool lol

Room and bathroom were great sizes and very clean. We arrived late after Machu Picchu and we were able to get room service which was and added bonus for us.
