Really helpful staff. Books to read. Free drinks in dining area - amazing views. Good breakfast. Packed breakfasts available. Some really nice rooms. Easy to choose room type and priced accordingly. Panoramic rooms definitely worth it. It's up a hill but really good location if you don't mind that. Quite a loud bar over the road but it doesn't go on all night. Free airport pickup included although the company wasn't very efficient.

“Lovely and quiet hotel in the heart of Cusco”
Lovely hotel, very close to Plaza de Armas yet surprisingly quiet. The room was not very big, but it was more than enough for the two of us. Both the room and bathroom were clean, which is the most important thing for us. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast area was also really nice — you could enjoy your breakfast while overlooking the city, which made the mornings even more enjoyable.

The location of the hostal is perfect, 2minutes walk to the central square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the coca tea that they provide all day long. The breakfast was perfect.
