Huge comfortable bed. Nice how they served you breakfast in your room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They packed us a breakfast on the days we had early starts. Great location

“Perfect place to rest in Cusco”

The perfect place to rest after the salkantay trek - very comfortable massive bed, powerful hot shower, plenty of space to put our stuff, we were served breakfast in bed when we were too tired to make it to breakfast! The staff were lovely and kind, and the location on a quiet street close to San blas market was also very good.

“El Mariscal - the ideal Hotel in Cusco.”

It is extremely rare that I give a "10" for a Hotel but the El Mariscal in Cusco deserves it. Very friendly staff, they were always happy to help us. When we had to leave early (like 4am...) they prepared Sandwiches for us. When we didn't have to leave early we had breakfast on the 4th floor which was delicious. The rooms were spacious, the shower was good (hot water within seconds) and the Wi-Fi was also very good. The location of the Hotel is ideal, it is NOT in the old historic center of the Town (where you cannot drive) but it is very close to it.

“Comfy layover sleep”

As we had stayed there before and really enjoyed the 2 nights we came back for 1 night as a sleepover in Cusco S we were getting to Lima on Sunday - we were looking a comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast included and accommodation with great staff. They waited up for us as out train from Aguas Calientes was delayed by over 1.5 hours! We had the super queen on level 1/ground floor. We had breakfast brought to our room. Great value for money once again!

“Enjoy Central Cusco with lots of stairs”

Room was comfortable with an oil / fin heater, bar fridge and if you ask for hair dryer they provide you one. Shower was good with great pressure Staff friendly and accommodating and gave us an early check in Ordered a taxis for us Breakfast was fresh and different daily Place has a lot of light and a nice sitting area at reception and on the first floor (ground floor) there is a lounge with the cafe on 4th floor The property, and I would say most of Cusco does not lend itself to people with mobility issues - lots of steep stairs and very narrow pavements. Very close to the San Blas area so 10 minutes walk from Cathedral. There is also no lift. There are a few independent laundry services nearby.
