“Comfortable place to stay in Cusco”
The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel itself is a lovely building. Staff were kind and helpful. About 15 minutes walk from the historical centre.

As I arrived, I received an email saying they no longer had a room for me due to a water issue and that I would have to find another hotel as they had no other room for me, and asked me to cancel the booking.

Good location, very close to the train station and bus station, and can also walk to the Plaza de Armas and the market, which is convenient for both sightseeing and travel. The front desk is very friendly, and there are two cute big dogs, very obedient. 24-hour service is very important for tourists who leave Cusco early and return late. We stayed in a room on the first floor, so we didn't have to carry luggage up the stairs at high altitudes, thank you. The bath water is very hot. Breakfast has freshly made eggs, delicious. The room is large and clean.

The room was ok, a bit dark of you get the one on the ground floor facing the inside but the inn is plenty of spaces were you can relax outside. Great stuff and good position to reach the city center

“Great value for money”
Very nice, clean and cozy rooms. Accommodating and friendly staff - they kept our luggage while we were at the Inka trail. They mainly speak only Spanish but we could always understand each other with google translate. Good value for the money that you pay.

“Excellent, very helpful with bag storage on hike.”
Location is good, with good eateries close, short walk to square & train station. Had a garden, free filtered water, good breakfast with fruit & yoghurt. Nice rooms, hostel with social spaces.
