We spent 4 nights at Dreams House Cusco and then 1 night after we got back from our Inka trail hike. Our experience each time was a caring staff that sought to look after us the whole time. From cleaning our room everyday, offering hot water bottles at night, a very clean establishment, free breakfast, WiFi, ordering a well priced taxi when we were leaving to going out of their way to clarify with our tour operator when something went wrong. On top of all that, the price was very affordable. I can't say enough about our experience here and how much we loved it while we spent time in Cusco and did the Inka trail. They even stored our extra bags while we did the hike. Thank you so much to the staff at Dreams House.

“Best hostel”

- Simple nice and clean property - pretty good value for the price - I liked how they tidied up the room during the day (not all budget places in Peru do this) - it was really nice that every night they put hot water bottles in the bed

“Higly recomended.”
Very clean rooms. The owner looks after you all the time. Don’t be scared the alley for 50 m is unpaved. Very close to center 10 minutes walking distance. Safe location.

“Wonderful!”
A wonderful stay here! Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Our room large and was very comfortable. We had hot water bottles brought to us on an evening which was a lovely touch. Beds were very comfy and warm. Breakfast was delicious, selection of bread, fruits and meats. Very close to the incarail bus and the town centre.

“Not the best, not the worst”
The location was pretty close to the plaza de Armas. They made us a packed breakfast when we had to leave early. They held our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu for the night. Breakfast was fair.

The best service We traveled with friends. The hotel entrance doesn't inspire you to enter. The hotel is actually very nice, quiet, very clean, very comfortable beds, and a very complete breakfast buffet. The juices and freshly made eggs are the best.

“Strategic nice accommodation”
The staff is friendly and they help you in any way they can. The location is perfect, walking distance from the major attractions in Cusco, restaurants and shops are at the doorstep. They offer free tea and they put a hot water bag at the end of the bed, so your feet stay warm! Bag storage is free (essential feature around here) and there is always someone available on call for late check-ins. Overall a pleasant and positive stay.

“Would stay here again”
An oasis of calm, just off a hectic street. Well located, just a short walk to the main square, the market, the train station etc. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was decent each morning, especially the local fruit. Hot water bottles at night were a lovely touch as Cusco does get cold in the evenings.

Amazing shower and very helpful staff - definately good value for the price we paid:) also hotel was able to hold on to our luggage while we did the salkantay trek, which was very convenient. Thank you!
