I was really worried about checking in late and we were REALLY late due to being stuck behind a road accident for hours in a bus. No fatalities I don’t think! We were able to check in at 0200 am! Service was amazing! Room clean and snug! Very central in a nice area - BATEL. Do NOT stay in the CENTRO area! They have Capybaras at their Barigui Park by the pond! We saw a baby!

Breakfast is really good! The room has a really good space.

There was no special food for people who has problems with lactose and gluten. Nowadays the number of people with those kinds of problems are increasing, and they need to be taked in consideration.

Very comfortable rooms, and the bathroom was really nice. The shower was so big and the water pressure is great, which is really nice after a long day. Breakfast was pretty good too!

The location is excelent; you can walk around om any direction and find all sorts of establishments (restaurants, cafés, stores, malls), with the Mercado Central a couple of blocks away, and even the Hard Rock Café is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel looks new, and very nice; it has a restaurant and a bar. The room was neither big nor small, but the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was nice as well. Finally, the staff were great; they were very helpful in helping me find what I needed, not to mention that they let me do a late check-out free of charge because I mistakenly set my alarm clock an hour too late. Obrigado, galera!

Nice clean room, high up as requested. Reception staff were very helpful, particularly when I need help with translation. Location is good, near shops and metro station.
