Curitiba isn’t a typical backpacker city. However, within the context of an urban hostel in a non-touristy city, this place offers everything you could wish for. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there is a great common area where you can meet people or just enjoy your own space. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. It is a wonderful place to just be yourself, whatever stage of your journey you are in.

Cool colonial building with lots of character. Spacious private room, and lots of communal space including a cool little patio in front. Bang in Largo da Ordem (historical area). Security good.

The location closed to the centre. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is also clean. Well equipped kitchen.

“A hidden gem in the centre of Curitiba”

This is a great little hostel in the heart of Curitiba and good quality for the price. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and there are many volunteers so there's always somebody on hand if you need them. The common area and kitchen felt nice and spacious and airy and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and facilities for cooking. The bed was a little firm but it didn't ruin my stay, the bathroom is modern, clean and spacious the shower gets nice and hot!

You can speak Spanish and English with a staff. I enjoyed the vibe and ambiance. The dorm was comfy, the bathrooms clean. Overall, I felt great there. The location is great! Everything is walkable! Just vis a vis you have a great place to serve breakfast and lunch.

“Excellent Hostel and Excellenter Staff!”

This hostel was excellent! Top notch! Outstanding! The rooms were well sized for the price, and the staff was outstanding. They helped me with all kinds of tips, and they spoke native-level English! Shoping Mueller was a good place to go near by, and there was a restaurant called Al Beek Gastronomia Arabe that served the closed thing to a German Doner Kebab that I have had in South America.
