“Really bad”
It looked really nice on the website but a differently view when we got there. Very old and run down The double beds looked like the sheets weren't changed, the single beds were ok. The balcony is really unsafe don't stay there with children It might be ok if you're travelling alone and don't mind where you are staying as the location is very good. The staff wasn't bad but the man that took our bags upstairs was a but pushy and I didn't liked it. The impression was so bad that we lost our money and went somewhere else. My husband came back and picked up our luggage and we went to stay with relatives. We booked for 2 nights. On check in we were asked to pay in advance but he only charged me 1 night so thank God for that as when I saw the room I panicked and decided to leave. So the second night booking was cancelled and we didn't have to pay.

“Very Good Value Hotel and Great Breakfast !”
The reception was excellant and super helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the huge choice of food at breakfast, including all the cakes. It was just a minutes walk to the main street with shops and places to eat. I would certainly stay here again !

Hotel is in great location! Perfect for sightseeing Curitiba. Rooms are comfortable, but the bathroom needs renovation, it's a bit dated, but it was not super important. The restaurant serves great breakfast and the dinner dishes are really good. We ordered few menu options and all tasted very good!! The most brilliant thing is the staff that works in this hotel. They are super nice and provide great service. Always happy to help, especially when there is a problem. My 2 years old baby and my wife started vomiting in the middle of the night from eating something bad during one of our sightseeing trip in the city. They called a doctor for a home visit into the hotel. Doctor arrived within 20 minutes, checked everything and provided a prescription for medicine. All this free of any charge!! Amazing people, amazing service!!! Fully recommend for anyone looking to stay in Curitiba!!!

“Pleasant stay in the heart of Curitiba. Helpful and friendly staff.”
Unfortunately, they didn't start serving breakfast until 7:00am when I had to leave to catch a bus. Thought it was odd they do not prepare a small breakfast for people who leave early. Plus my experience in Brazil is that they start serving breakfast at 6:00am so thought it slightly odd. Staff were wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. Location is spot on if you'd like to stay in the Centre.
