Perfect instructions and information before arrival, very helpful security guards at check-in, and it was even possible to communicate in English. The view from the apartment balcony was great, but the rooftop terrace with a pool was simply indescribably beautiful.

“Sea views with modern convenience monitored by owners.”
Location is on quieter side of Cumbuco beaches and 15 mins walk to town. Parking is safe and easy with remote control. The Infinity pool allows an unobstructed view to the sea. Close to Outro beach club to hang out and watch kite surfing. Swimmable beach (though not always as depends on wind and tides). The apartments are clean and serviced. It features modern matching units. The Washing machine with dryer function is practical and efficient. There are sea views from all apartments. Internet is fast (useful as cell signal is awful in this area). TV with Netflix and ‘Smart function’. Martin and Viviane are helpful and usually available should you need anything.

“Just awesome, and really near from the Kitesurf Spots.”
Our stay at Martin's apartment in Cumbuco was fantastic! As a group of three guys, we were thrilled with the amenities, especially the dishwasher and washing machine – a true blessing after our South America trip. The apartment's European-standard furnishings added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Highly recommend for a great getaway!

“Excellent”
Recommend in full this apartment. Beach front 2 bedrooms 2 wc apartment literally on the sand, newly renovated in excellent condition, with a nice balcony with beach view. Living and bedrooms with individual AC are most convenient. Very close to the village center, 10min walking either on the beach or street. In short, very good option to stay in Cumbuco. Martin is a very friendly and helpful the host. Always available for any need and provided very helpful tips from taxi driver for the airport transfer as well as rent a car contact. Correct prices and excellent service.

“Wonderful apartment”
We stayed in Martin’s flat for 3 days. The aparment was even better then what was described on the web. Super clean and beautiful interior. We loved that it was so close to the beach and that it had a nice pool with view of the ocean. Martin and his family were really friendly and helped us out with any questions we would have. We truly recommend this place and we will come back again.

Great location for kite surfing, beach front, extremely nice view and great pool ... Balkony is very good positioned and you can use it all day, despite the strong wind. Appartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!
