“Terrible customer service. No response.”
We didn't get to stay as we never received check in codes or details even though I sent multiple emails and called before the 5pm deadline. I was given a room code over the phone but they neglected to tell us we also needed a code to enter the building. At 7pm we were left trying to get in while talking to booking.com trying to work out next steps. Eventually the booking was cancelled for us and we were left to find alternative accommodation.

The room was very large and had a separate living room area and bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. The outside of the building is deceiving, I was concerned about the hotel, but once inside and seeing the room I was very surprised at just how nice it was.

Beautiful rooms, very spacious, perfect location, quiet, yet in the middle of Culpeper downtown. Extremely short walk to the excellent reestaurant Flavors on Main. All in all, very good value for money
