The staff so disrespectful. I arrive at 11am . To leave some things . I known the check in is at 3pm . The staff guy a male arrive, that he said is the owner , said to me that the studio is not ready until 3:30pm. So I tell him if is 3:30pm he had to make me a discount. He told me disrespectful if i dont like it go to another place. This kind of staff has no to be working in AirBB. The tv dont funtion with wiffinthere is no imput for that. Never stay again.

I had a travel delay and the host was able to accommodate us and provide us access even after hours. A situation that was potentially stressful was made less so by the great host.

Never got to go to the island. Woke up in the morning and looked at the forecast. The weather for the day was only several hours of sun at Culebra and the rest rain during the ferry ride over from San Juan as well as the next day on the ferry ride back. When I got back home to Vegas I noticed I was charged for the room, tax and the cleaning. I feel the non-refundable should not apply to taxes or the cleaning. But having no luck with the owner, I now want to explore the non-refundable claim at all. I mean it is a destination for going to the beach. Isn't it unreasonable to keep ALL the money if it is raining. What would be the point to risk the safety of my family. The owner said I chose the non-refundable rate. I don't see a rate on your website with a refundable rate. I see two different rates but both of them are for non-refundable. I would like to challenge this part of the terms and conditions
