“Great views from a centrally located hotel with amazing staff.”
Senior Sergao, the General Manager (former Night Manager at the 5 star Belmont Hotel das Cataratas, Iguassu Falls) was truly amazing and super helpful. As indeed was, Elouisa, Elania, Priscilla and so many other nice staff. The views from the 8th floor were incredible over-looking 3 churches and 2 parks. You could see most of Cuiaba from the 8th floor rooms. Paulo was also cool in the hotel shop. The breakfast and evening meals were exceptional and the shower was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great short stay in Cuiaba!”
The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was wonderfully hot! Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed breakfast. We also had a buffet dinner at the hotel … very reasonable price and food was varied and delicious. (And the restaurant staff were lovely!)

“Great staff; great value.”
The building and facilities are a little old, but what makes this place stand out is the great team of staff. It feels like everyone really cares about the hotel and doing their job well, and you can see this attention to detail everywhere. The breakfast is also a highlight, with some 10-15 meters of fresh food to choose from. It's fantastic value; you could pay 3 or 4 times as much and not get service as good as this.
