“Great spring water pool and amazing location!”
We loved the pool! It was filled with beautiful, cool spring water! The entire family loved it! The room was large with a good sized family room, a full kitchen with refrigerator and a wonderful bathtub and shower! Overall the hotel was beautiful and had a great location. We will be back for sure!

“Horrible experience”
There were thefts during our stay. We were a group of 12 people staying there. Two of us staying in different rooms had their money/wallet stolen. One who had her money stolen complained to the hotel and received compensation. The other who had his wallet stolen complained, but has not gotten his wallet back. I hope the hotel take this issue seriously and act accordingly, othewise this hotel should be delisted from Booking.com.

“THIEVES AT THIS HOTEL, BEWARE!”
Staff stole money and wallet from our friends in two different rooms! We were a big group so we had 5 rooms at this hotel, and while we were out, the hotel staff went to their rooms and stole their wallets with money and cards. They even tried to make a transaction from a card, as our friend got the notification. One of the two friends got her money back but the other one has filed an official claim, as there’s no direct help from the hotel management. This hotel needs to have serious consequences for the lack of accountability and carelessness of the management!

“REFRAIN FROM BOOKING HERE: Staff stole 2 out of 5 rooms”
DO NOT CONSIDER THIS OPTION! Our group had 5 rooms at the hotel, 2 of which got money, wallets, and documents stolen by the staff from the hotel while we were out! Manager was aware, they gave the money back to one of them, though the wallet never appeared, but they still didn’t refund the second one from a different room - Booking is now discussing the situation as we presented an official claim. After discussing with the staff for 3+hs we could tell this was not the first time, hence we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rustic Mexican architecture was particularly inviting as were the beautiful gardens and trees in a secluded compound. The service staff and owners made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I certainly have made new friends and I will most certainly return and bring some Canadian friends with me! Mucha gracias Ann and Ernesto!
