Heavy and fast car, truck and motorbike traffic on the cobblestone street outside until late at night and very early in the morning (possibly all night). The noise was unbearable. I had a room with a balcony (facing said street)

A friendly, lovely little hotel right in the centre of Cuernavaca. The staff, some of whom speak English, were very helpful at arranging early check-in, luggage storage, parking etc. The AC works well, there's a nice rooftop terrace, and the whole place feels well thought out and well cared for. Best value and quality we experienced in 3 weeks in Mexico.

Location was great. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Price was spot on for the services offered and type of room. Helpful with the parking given the location of the hotel.

Great bed. Simple but nice and clean room and free parking just down the road.

Close proximity to the historic centre. The sun terrace was lovely and just outside our room. Our bedroom was cleaned every day, our towels changed every day and our bed linen was changed after only 2 days.

The hotel is right in the city centre, which is great for sightseeing. The place is well kept overall and while the rooms are small and fairly basic, they are clean and have all you need for a short stay. The hotel staff is helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel met our expectations based on previous comments left by guests.

The hotel is close to the center of Cuernavaca. We had a room on the third floor and a nice terrace outside of our room.

‘City view’ was actually a tiny balcony over a very busy, noisy street with exhaust from cars coming right into the room. The third floor rooms where we moved were much better with large terrace area buffering the street below and also a nice lace to sit

The staff were super friendly and helpful.In this regard I want to thank Alberto for arranging a taxi for me to get to the bus terminal on the morning that I was leaving-a very kind and helpful staff member.The room was large and very clean.The location was excellent-2 minutes from the Zócalo...Will definitely return...I can recommend Casa Frida very highly
