No AC, not much care to details. Cappuccino is not included in the breakfast, which is shocking for me.

The shape of the room complicated the curtains a little so in the morning a lot of sunlight came in.

Got a huge room at the top floor with a very nice view. Was soooo spacious and cozy. Breakfast was also really good and tasty. Great support from reception to make reservation of Restaurant and taxis

“The hotel was great, the staff was better and the location in Cuenca was fantastic.”
The breakfast each day was fantastic. There was enough food to keep you going past lunch. If I remember correctly there were about twelve different breakfasts offered.

“disappointed wouldn’t stay again.”
noise from upstairs bar we were on floors 6! music and people till late no sleep and next door people so loud shouting phones going off. staff were nice and good location but noisy on the roads as close to centre. maybe do a hotel just outside so you can sleep and enjoy your trip
