Good location on walking distance from the old town center of Cuenca. Private closed parking at the hotel (albeit with a strict scheduling system for entering and exiting).

Nice and helpful staff. We could choose our bedroom. There was no hair-dryer in our room, they gave me one.

“the worst hotel in Cuenca”
the room is smaller than on the photo. Please check what you booked. Rooms are smelly, you can hear all the noise in the hallway. staff does not speak English. breakfast is only scrambled eggs and fruit, don’t expect too much.
