The room is clean, comfortable and quite since it faces the back. The shared washroom is just outside my room so it was convenient. The tram stops just outside. Staff is friendly and helpful. The door is always locked so it felt secure.

“Definitely go here, 100% recommend”
The location is amazing, in the beautiful historical center of Cuenca. Also the staff is super friendly, it's clean and the shower is good. For a small price extra you can order breakfast and a laundry service. Definitely recommend it, when I return to Ecuador I will go back here.

The hostal is quiet and clean, and I would recommend staying here If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable and well located hostel. It's one block away from the main square. The staff is very friendly!

Great little hostel in a good location for everything we wanted in cuenca. Can walk from the airport if you like. Walkable to bus station and onto 2 blocks from main square. Comfy bed. Good hot shower. Great people. Well equipped kitchen. Access to drinking water refill. Great rooftop terrace.

“My solo review”
The place was clean, the staff were helpful, friendly and always around. Made my stay enjoyable as I was there for New Year's. Wifi works, rooms are a good size, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was available. The roof was always accessible. I felt comfortable, chilled and safe.

“A good, cheap, clean place to stay in the centre!”
The staff were really nice. Rooms were big. There was hot water in the shower (let it run for 2 mins.) A 3 minute walk to the main Square and cathedral.
