A lovely character-filled hotel with antique furnishings in the common spaces. I loved the walk through the garden to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. Lovely view from the dining room.

“One of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed at!”
A beautiful hotel in every way. The colonial feeling, arts and antiques, a cozy fireplace for cool nights. Quiet since the rooms are by the river. The staff so nice and helpful, and the restaurant is very good! I’ll come back

The location of the hotel is great. Access to walk along the river behind the hotel and easy to get around Cuenca old town with a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a beautiful outlook also.

Breakfast as usual exceptional, served beautifully, each plate is an artwork! The restaurant and hotel furniture is carefully maintained and the last upholstery combines spectacular with the artwork and ambience. For the rate the experience is great!

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Victoria in Cuenca for six nights, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delightful. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They are incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Next time we’re in Cuenca, we won’t even consider staying anywhere else—Hotel Victoria is our go-to choice. A perfect 10/10 experience!
