“Amazing stay !”
Everything was amazing . Right in the heart of Cuenca this hotel is the best choice ! Located in a beautiful colonial style old mansion I had a room in the backyard which was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice . The staff was outstanding , trying to fulfill every wish and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would stay there any time again !

“Lovely hotel with great service”
Lovely hotel with a pretty courtyard and grand interior. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and provided an excellent laundry service and luggage storage. The breakfast was good.

“The best hotel we’ve stayed in Ecuador - everything was perfect.”
Lovely old building, beautifully restored and decorated and comfortably furnished. Very convenient location, walking distance of everything, including the tram stop to the bus station and airport. Spacious bedroom, fabulously quiet, comfy bed, extensive buffet breakfast. Shared balcony with sofas and chairs to relax in the open air if, like us, you prefer to be outside in the daylight. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and after a day exploring Cuenca relaxed in the hotel lounge for a couple of hours before our evening flight to Quito - so much nicer than waiting at the airport! This hotel is the best we’ve stayed at in our four weeks in Ecuador and perfect for a two or three night stay.

“Fantasic location, lovely atmospehere, highly recommended”
The hotel is in a great location, friendly staff, very homely, with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. We highly recommend staying here, Cuenca is a beautiful old city, and there is nowhere better to start your exploring than from here. We considered ourselves very safe at all times, even after dark, which isn't always the case everywhere in Ecuador.

“Good”
The building itself and the rooms are nice, although a little dark. Beds are comfy and the room I was in was mostly quiet, apart from the sound of the fridge inside the room. Breakfast was OK with a choice of different tea variations, but all in all quite simple. You can reach the main attractions of the historic center within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Housekeeping was good.
