A historical Colonial mansion can be enjoyed in the historical district of Cuenca. There is a charming red-tiled patio decorated with plants and an antique water fountain. It is beautiful colonial style hotel. I liked décor, tasteful and comfortable style. Stuff very helpful with luggage. Location is right in the middle of old town but it was quiet at night, I had a good sleep there.

Small old-style hotel with 3 patios offering a fairly simple comfort (no heating in the rooms but there is a satellite TV, free wifi throughout the hotel and a good bathroom). Excellent breakfast (buffet-style on weekends but you can ask whatever you like on other days as well). Staff is very nice and welcoming.

“Excellent, would come back!”
I spent 4 nights at Hotel Inca Real with my mother, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The different patios were so beautiful and each adopted a different mood at different times of the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had the necessary amenities, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, the staff was discreet and very helpful. The location is excellent.

Great staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful building. Room facilities met all of our needs, though bed was not the comfiest (but not bad either). Good location in the middle of the historical centre, and overall solid value. Would stay here again!

wonderfully restored colonial house. go there to live inside a colonial house - but do not expect much shared space or common areas expect the breakfast patio. Great place if you don’t want to spend to much time in your room apart from the food sleep

The hotel had a great location, very near the Cathedral in Cuenca. The hall and common area were beautifully decorated, it was really a pleasure to have breakfast there. The staff was kind and helpful. The place was extremely safe. There was a bell to ring in order to enter the property. The breakfast were delicious with fresh fruits and eggs in various forms.

It's a traditional old hotel with a lovely style, not over-renovated. Very friendly staff and breakfast exceeds the expectation. The location in the middle of the old town is perfect.
