Caballo Campana is a colonial family-run Hacienda hidden in the flourishing Misicata forests, 15-minutes drive from Cuenca. Breakfast was lovely each morning. The servers were very personable and attentive. The one dinner we enjoyed at the hotel was very good as well. Horseback riding was a very fun activity.
