“The place to stay in Cuenca!”
The hostel is located in the old town and a fabulous spot to stay close to everything! There is a lovely courtyard and it’s a beautiful setting. The rooms are immaculate and really nice spaces. Franco is an outstanding host! Welcoming and kind. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs, coffee on arrival with helpful recommendations. He even got up at 5:30 am to organise our taxi as we were unable to do it in advance.

The host waited for our late bus to arrive in the middle of the night and even gave us food when we couldn't find any at that hour. They're both extremely welcoming and friendly in an authentic and personal way and not in an artificially professional sense. The surroundings, the rooms and the food is tremendous and most importantly: great affordable coffee. 10/10!

“Best hospitality experience ever”
Here we enjoyed hospitality at its best. I was quite surprised by the score 10 when we booked this hotel but now I understand. It is just perfect. Not only the spacious, well and beautifully designed suites, the convenient location, but especially how Franco makes every single person feel at home. It starts with the greeting at the door, how he thinks of little details at breakfast, buying chocolate corn flakes for our 4 year old son and chicken sausage for us since we dont eat pork, how he answers all our questions whitin minutes via Whatsapp, how he is up at 6am to say goodbye. I could go on and on. I am in hospitality myself and have a new role model. Grazie dear Franco!

“One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in”
Everything from start to finish was amazing. The owner was friendly, helpful and generally a nice man. The bed and room were very comfortable. Location perfect - right next to the square and tram (but the rooms are set far back in the property so it’s perfectly silent). Very nice looking accommodation

Convenient location, close to the city center and with easy access to the tram for connections to the bus station and airport. The owner is super-friendly and had great recommendations. Rooms are new, comfortable and clean and breakfast is very good.

“The perfect place to stay in Cuenca”
Absolutely perfect stay! The rooms are very cute and the garden/courtyard is super beautiful. The breakfast is so good and above all, Franco does everything to make your stay perfect and is really lovely. Perfect for a quiet stay in Cuenca.

“A delightful gem”
Beautifully renovated building with lovely courtyard gardens. A little oasis of calm in the city. Easy walking distance to the city centre and very close to the tram stop for access to the bus station and airport. Franco was a delightful host who was very helpful and took very good care of us. Breakfast was excellent - cooked fresh and served to us. Our room was very comfortable and spotless.

“An accomodation gem for travellers.”
One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. The owner Franco is very friendly and serves a delicious breakfast every morning with a choice of different italian style coffee. The neighbourhood is good. Only 3 blocks from the main attractions in the historical center. Franco’s place is highly recommended.

“Like a little slice of Heaven”
The owner Franco is excellent, he went above and beyond to make sure his quest have a comfortable stay. Always making sure that you are comfortable and happy. the property and room our outstanding. The property is very close to the central square. I would highly recommend staying here when you are in Cuenca.
