It was a pleasure..The room was big enough and very comfortable, clean in nice designe. The hotel have many spaces in corridors to sit read or take a tee. They provide fresh water to refill bottle.

“The perfect home-away-from home in Old Town Cuenca”
Warm welcome! Great service! Delicious Italian food at onsite restaurant! Healthy breakfasts! Colourfully-painted exterior & God-reminding interior decor! Special treat: Sunday night when restaurant closed, served a glass of wine, toast w/ my leftover salad accompanied by classical concerts on lobby TV screen. Owner/manager kindly gave me a spare room at a huge discount so my roommate could get some sleep without my disturbing nightmares!

“A real treat!”
It was so nice to arrive in Cuenca, at this cute guesthouse. It was the first time within almost two weeks that we’d had some luxury. Great and plentiful breakfast, friendly staff, fabulous location, where we felt very safe.

“First choice when in Cuenca”
What a charming and atmospheric hotel! Would love to stay there longer, as we did only one overnight stay. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay so much. Location is perfect, exterior and interior of the hotel is wonderful and authentic. Inside courtyard is very nice.

“Comfortable stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”
It was conveniently located not far from the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle. It was clean and comfortable, nice hot showers and you can refill your water bottles at anytime. Breakfast was fresh and ample, nothing too fancy but totally adequate. The services are fantastic, all the staff are friendly and ready to help. Oh, there’s an ATM just outside the hotel which is very convenient.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close enough to the main plaza but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The hotel was beautifully decorated, it was quaint and very well maintained.
