Really quirky Bo-ho vibe which was lovely. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and good sized walk in shower. Great for dogs. Parking right outside hotel which was free

Staff were helpful - at the times they were available. Although it's way from the city centre, there's a reasonable choice of places to eat nearby. And it's convenient for the (older) railway station and bus station - plus I found free parking close to the hotel

“A very good option in Cuenca.”
A pleasant hotel located a little out of the way with all rooms on the first floor. Clean rooms decorated in Moroccan style with good beds, practical bathroom and air conditioning. Parking is easy and free in front of the building. Very nice receptionist. Both dinner and breakfast are available very close in other restaurants and of good quality. Good and economic hotel for a short stay in Cuenca.

Very nice receptionists and very close to the best chocoloateria to start a day with churros) quiet, close to bus stop for train station or old town, supermarket, also, walking distance to museum of paleontology which is very good and worth going at least for the views of Cuenca and fun photos with dinosaurs. My kids also liked the Moroccan design touch)

The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and the hotel is well located. Parking is easy, outside the front door! Lovely park 2 mins away for dog walkers, shops, bars, restaurants all very near. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location and parking nearby on the street. Also pet friendly. We found a great pet friendly bar that did good food too - not far- Don Julian. It was very cold so we had to eat inside and not many bars let pets in:(

Incredibly helpful staff. Told us all the things to see and all the places to eat. Booked restaurants. Gave us an extra lamp. Easy to park on the street. Local place for breakfast very near. Really quiet. Very clean.
