Not too far from the old town of Cuenca which we visited on motorcycles. The hotel is just off the main road with plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pleasant stay,nice room, good breakfast.

Modern and convenient hotel , free parking and a great breakfast. We were very pleased with our room and plan to stay again on a future trip. Water cooler in reception a nice touch.

I think it was a very good experience. The staff were friendly, and the place was comfortable, quiet, and clean. If I visit here again, I would book it again.

“Lovely hotel to enjoy our stay in Cuença”

Reception staff friendly & very helpful. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. Shower was lovely & hot with bonus of large bath to relax in. The breakfast was great, was plentiful & fresh. Although the old town is quite a walk from the hotel there is a regular bus service just outside. There is some parking outside the hotel but our price included underground parking which was great.

The hotel offered spacious, comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our whole family. The bathroom was large, modern, and elegant, which added a nice touch of comfort to our short stay. The location was very convenient for us — easy to access by car and set in a quiet area, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

Chose the breakfast which is offered! Really good value for money. The rooms are nice and clean and I could park our car for free at the hotel premises. To get to the historic part of the city, you have to take a bus, though (bus stops right in front of the hotel)

Free easy Parking. Very comfortable beds. Large shower. Garage, shopping mall, Cinema Carrefour, bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop 100m, every 30 mins into Cuenca. Staff welcoming and helpful. Lovely park behind hotel. Prescence of the industrial area did not impact on our stay in any way. Very quiet area. Good hotel for exploring Cuenca. Bus to castillo in town and walk down to explore the attractions of this lovely city.

Nothing wrong to say, we liked everything;) Just a little exception, the level of the English knowledge of the staff might have been improved, otherwise all perfect;)

friendly reception with nice greeting. clean, warm and inviting with special touches in my room ie sweets and bar fridge and nice great items to use in the bathroom, free. The folded swan with slippers was a great touch. breakfast was great and had every item you could ever want.
