“We enjoyed the apartment a lot..”
The apartment was very spacious. The interior looks fantastic with a great view. Feedback from the staff via Whatsapp was fast.

“We couldn't stay there, as the advertised parking was completely full.”
Unfortunately, this property had no parking, and the advertised public parking "nearby" was completely full. We had two small children with us, and it was late at night, and the host (who we had to drive to across town to get keys from) suggested that we drive to a different part of town to look at a sign saying which parking garages had empty spots, then drive to one of those, and then take a bus to the apartment (again, late at night, with two small children and luggage). This was not as advertised, and was not workable for us, but they were adamant that they would not provide a refund, even though we couldn't stay at the apartment. We ended up driving out of town to look for another lodging with parking in the dark, and ended up hitting a deer and damaging the car. Nightmare, and they were completely insensitive regarding the refund even after this.
