“Comfortable and friendly place in a good location”
The room was comfortable and clean and the location was good for exploring the beautiful old town of Cuenca. I was given fresh towels and the room was cleaned after the second day, which I wasn't expecting - thank you! There is no physical 'reception' but Diego answered my questions by WhatsApp and was friendly and helpful. There was a coffee machine and general vending machine in the common area.

10 for the best host imaginable. I had a real problem with the sickness of the bed and pillows that were uncomfortable for me. Diego offered unparalleled and good grace to support us moving rooms. The location is excellent and very quiet. If you want space, the large family room is the one to book.

“Comfortable and pleasant stay”
Diego was a star--- he is the main asset of this accommodation. Even before arriving he already sent us very helpful list of places of interest, restaurants, bars etc. The room was also very spacious and clean, like a big studio with beds for 4 people. It was also quite near to the historic centre.

“A lovely base that is bright and very well located”
The apartment was light and in a great location close to the old town and areas of interest. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. The host was very helpful with advice, information and organising a taxi to the station. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

“My favourite place”
Best accommodation so far. Quiet, Spacious, heater comes on in mornings, Inside old city, 7min walk to supermarket. Very close to amazing walk by river. Host supplies shared kettle, toaster and fridge which is very handy. Cuenca is my favourite spot on my trip, a photographers dream spot. 12 euro taxi to train station

Everything, this place is so cheap and the facilities are really good. Super clean and a lovely part of the old city not too far up the hill. Loved it!

Location was perfect. Close to everything we needed & wanted to see. Diego was very informative & gave us a great circuit to walk to take in all of the beautiful old town. Beds were very comfortable.
